Account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.

Business profile: Brand name, website URL, product details, and pricing you add to Kampain.

Meta Ads connection: When you connect your Meta account, we store an OAuth access token to create and manage ads on your behalf.

Campaign data: Ad copy, audience targeting settings, budgets, and performance results (impressions, clicks, spend).

Usage analytics: Pages visited, features used, device type, and browser — to improve the product.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details — only the transaction record and invoice.

To provide and operate Kampain's services — including creating Meta ads on your behalf.

To connect with the Meta Marketing API to publish campaigns to your ad accounts.

To power AI ad copy generation via Anthropic's Claude API.

To send transactional emails — account confirmations, invoices, important service updates.

To analyze usage patterns and improve the Kampain platform.

We do not use your data for advertising purposes and we do not sell your data.

We share your data only with these service providers, strictly to operate Kampain:

• Meta Platforms — to create and manage ads via the Meta Marketing API
• Anthropic — to generate AI ad copy via Claude API
• Razorpay — to process subscription payments
• Cloudflare R2 — to store product images and media files
• Google Firebase — for authentication and database storage
• Vercel — for hosting the application

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore), secured within Google Cloud infrastructure.

Meta OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. Access tokens are used only to perform actions you explicitly authorize.

We conduct regular security reviews. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days.

• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data from our systems.
• Export: Export your campaign data and product information.
• Opt out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional emails (invoices, security alerts) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

Session cookies: Used to keep you logged in. Essential for the platform to function.
