We try to be fair. This policy is simple and honest.
1. Free Trial
✓ Zero risk
14-din free trial mein koi charge nahi hoga. Koi credit card nahi chahiye. Try karo, pasand aaya toh raho.
2. Monthly Plans
Monthly subscription ke liye refund available nahi hai — lekin aap kisi bhi time cancel kar sakte hain.
Cancel ke baad current billing period ke end tak Kampain ka full access milega. Uske baad account downgrade ho jaayega free tier pe.
Exception: Agar first 48 ghante mein technical problem ki wajah se platform use nahi ho paaya — humse contact karo, hum review karenge.
3. Annual Plans
Annual plan purchase ke 7 din ke andar refund request kar sakte hain — full amount.
7 din ke baad, pro-rata refund available hai remaining full months ke liye. Example: 10 mahine baad cancel kiya toh 2 mahine ka refund milega.
Annual plan cancel karne par access current period ke end tak rehega.
4. Technical Issues
Agar Kampain ki kisi technical problem ki wajah se service use nahi hui 48+ consecutive ghante — hum ya toh:
- Proportional refund denge affected period ke liye, ya
- Account extend karenge free mein utne din ke liye
Inke liye humse email karo with details of the issue experienced.
5. What We Cannot Refund
- Ad spend on Meta — yeh directly Meta ka charge hai, hum handle nahi karte
- Monthly subscriptions after 48 hours of purchase
- Annual plans after 7 days of purchase (pro-rata applies)
- Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations
